Vadely ("the app", "we", "our") is a local-first business ledger application for tracking contacts, receivables and payables, inventory, documents, and cash. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and how. Please read it carefully.
The short version: Vadely stores all of your data only on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or have any access to your data.
Vadely has no servers, no user accounts, and no login. Everything you enter into the app — contacts, transactions, products, stock movements, documents, cash accounts, notes, and your display name — is stored exclusively on your device, in a local database (SQLite) and local app settings.
We do not have any way to see, access, retrieve, or recover this data. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share or back it up (see Section 3).
Vadely contains no analytics tools, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and we do not use cookies or device identifiers for tracking.
Vadely lets you create a backup of your data as a single file, and lets you share documents (such as quotes, invoices, and statements). When you use these features:
We never automatically upload, sync, or transmit your data anywhere.
Vadely can use your device camera only for scanning barcodes and QR codes, and only at the moment you open the scanner. Camera images are processed on-device to read the code and are not stored, transmitted, or shared. The camera is never used in the background.
Vadely offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, "Vadely Pro". Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment details, card information, or billing address. The store only informs the app whether a valid purchase exists, so the app can unlock Pro features on your device. Payment handling is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies and terms.
