1. Introduction VigorCore ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the VigorCore Pelvic Floor Trainer app ("App").

2. Information We Collect We may collect the following types of information:

• Health & Fitness Data: Exercise sessions, workout history, and progress data you enter into the App.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App to improve user experience.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To diagnose technical issues

4. Data Storage All health and workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal health data to external servers.

5. HealthKit If you grant permission, the App may access Apple HealthKit data. We will never use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to third parties. HealthKit data is used solely to enhance your in-app experience.

6. Third-Party Services The App may use third-party services (such as Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions) which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services.

7. Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details. For billing inquiries, contact Apple Support.

8. Children's Privacy The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
