This is a founding design role. You'll define how the brand looks and feels across every touchpoint - from social media and product launches to events, presentations, and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Design high-impact creatives for social media, campaigns, and marketing
- Create motion graphics and short-form videos that simplify complex ideas
- Own presentations, pitch decks, event collateral, and partner-facing assets
- Build and evolve the brand's visual identity across digital and offline channels
- Translate product launches, research milestones, and announcements into compelling visual stories
- Collaborate closely with marketing to shape campaigns from concept to execution.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in brand or visual design.
- An exceptional portfolio with strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects is essential.
- Motion design is a core strength.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and workflow.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts through thoughtful design.
- Strong design instincts with attention to detail and consistency.
- Webflow or WordPress experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for AI, deep tech, SaaS, or research-driven companies.
- Experience building design systems and scalable brand assets.
