Designing Core Product Flows for a Fitness Platform

This project focuses on defining product requirements and visualizing key user flows for a fitness app.

What this demonstrates: • PRD thinking • Flow design and user journeys • Structuring product features end-to-end

Part 1: Product Requirements Document (PRD)

The VitaFlow Initiative: Reclaiming Presence

Description – What is it?

A behavior-first system designed to shift users from passive content consumption to active, uninterrupted participation in workouts.

  1. Flow-State Rewards (Gamification): A system that rewards "Deep Sessions"—uninterrupted workout completion—with "Presence Points" and exclusive restorative content. Example :
  2. Synchronous Squads (Community): Small, focused groups that "check in" to the same workout window, creating a sense of shared reality and accountability without the stress of a public social feed.

Problem – What problem is this solving?

Digital Fragmentation & Isolation. Users are mentally exhausted by their devices. When they open a fitness app, they bring the "scroll-brain" with them. Users don’t drop off because workouts are bad—they drop off because their attention is fragmented and there’s no system reinforcing presence.

Why – How do we know this is a real problem?

Success – How do we know if we’ve solved it?
