Vital Wave Terms & Conditions
Last reviewed date: October 11th 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or participating in a Vital Wave service.
Welcome to Vital Wave. Vital Wave offers 9D Breathwork, nervous-system education, resilience training, wellness education, coaching, movement-based practices, workshops, and related experiences intended to support personal awareness, self-regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you register for, purchase, or participate in a Vital Wave service, program, class, workshop, coaching session, virtual session, or event. By registering, purchasing, or participating, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and agree to follow the provisions that apply to your service. Additional terms presented at registration or in a separate written agreement may also apply. If there is a conflict, the specific written terms for that program or service will control to the extent stated in that agreement and permitted by law.
Vital Wave provides wellness experiences and educational services for general wellness, personal development, self-awareness, and resilience. Unless a specific service is expressly identified otherwise and provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within their scope of practice, Vital Wave services are not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or individualized diagnosis or treatment. Information shared in a session is educational and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional. Vital Wave does not promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or mental-health condition.
Active 9D Breathwork involves intentional breathing techniques and an immersive sensory experience. It may cause changes in breathing patterns, tingling, temperature changes, muscle sensations, dizziness, discomfort, emotional responses, memories, laughter, tears, or other unexpected experiences. Responses differ from person to person, and participation may not be appropriate for everyone.
Certain circumstances may affect the suitability or risks of active breathwork or other practices. These may include pregnancy; cardiovascular conditions; uncontrolled high blood pressure; seizure disorders; certain psychiatric conditions; recent surgery or injury; certain eye conditions; severe osteoporosis; medications; or other health factors. This list is not exhaustive and does not determine an individual’s suitability for participation.
You are responsible for completing required screening questions honestly and completely and communicating relevant health concerns, limitations, medications, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, or changes in your condition before participating. If you are unsure whether a practice is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare provider before the session. Do not stop or change prescribed medication to participate.
Vital Wave may recommend that you consult a healthcare provider, request additional information, offer a modified activity where appropriate, or decline, pause, or discontinue your participation when reasonably necessary for safety. During a session, you may slow down, return to natural breathing, modify the activity, pause, or stop at any time. If you experience significant discomfort, dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, emotional distress, or another concerning symptom, stop or modify the activity and notify the facilitator when appropriate. If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
Vital Wave coaching and educational services are intended to support personal insight, self-awareness, resilience, skill development, and positive behavior change. Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no specific physical, emotional, psychological, personal, or professional result is guaranteed.
Unless expressly agreed in writing as a separate service, Vital Wave coaching and educational services are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Services are provided within the limits of the relevant facilitator’s training, certifications, licensure, and applicable law. Participation does not create a provider-patient or therapist-client relationship unless that relationship is expressly established as part of a separately provided professional service.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Testimonials, examples, and participant stories reflect individual experiences and should not be understood as a promise or guarantee that you will have similar results.
Vital Wave handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice and applicable law. Information provided through registration, intake forms, health screening, assessments, coaching, or participation may be used to administer bookings, communicate with participants, support safety, deliver services, and manage Vital Wave’s operations. Please review the separate Vital Wave Privacy Notice for more detail: [Insert Privacy Notice URL].
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others. Information shared by another participant during a group session should not be repeated, recorded, photographed, or shared outside the group without that participant’s permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Participants must not record, livestream, or distribute another participant’s image, voice, or disclosures without appropriate permission.
Vital Wave encourages a respectful and confidential group environment but cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. By participating in a group session, you acknowledge this limitation and agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants.
