1. Information Collection and Use

1.1 Information You Provide

• Subscription Information: When you purchase a VIP subscription, we collect transaction information (including transaction ID and product ID) through the Apple App Store to verify your subscription status. All purchases and verification are handled through Apple StoreKit; we do not operate an independent server.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Voice Recording Data: When you use the recording feature, voice data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
• Speech-to-Text Data: When you enable the live captions feature, your speech is converted to text and stored locally on your device. Transcripts are never uploaded to any server.
• Emotion Analysis Data: When you use the recording feature, we perform on-device emotion analysis on your voice to generate emotion tags. This analysis is performed entirely on your device; raw audio and emotion analysis results are never uploaded.
• Location Information: When you use the location weather feature, we request your location to fetch local weather data. Location information is used on-device only and is not uploaded to our servers.
• Weather Data: We obtain weather information for your location through a third-party weather service (OpenWeatherMap). This query sends your location coordinates to the third-party service.
• Anonymous Identifier: We generate an anonymous identifier to distinguish different users. This identifier does not contain your personal identity information.
• Timezone and Language Information: We collect your device timezone and language settings to provide localized services and content.

1.3 User-Authorized Permissions

The following permissions require your explicit authorization before use. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device system settings:

• Microphone: Required for the core recording feature
• Speech Recognition: Required for the live captions feature
• Location: Required for the location weather feature
