Voicemail

To access your voicemail service, just dial 101. You will hear any new voice messages once dialling, after which you will then be directed to the MessageBank main menu.

Visual Voicemail

Visual Voicemail is an Apple product and is not available on our service.

If you have this feature turned on, when a caller leaves a voicemail, you will receive an SMS of the transcription of the voicemail left. To have this service, all call forwarding services must be turned off for this to work properly.

Notes:

• If there is any special setting in handset for call transfer etc., this feature may not work properly.
• If any customer set a call redirection via carrier codes, Message2Txt feature may not work.
• Customers experiencing call forwarding problems may want to clear its settings by dialing #002# and perform the steps above. Please note that use of this code should be avoided as it may completely erase all call forwarding settings, and re-setting may have to be done manually. </aside>
