Vortex collects no data. None. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and makes no network requests.

What the app stores

Vortex saves your settings (theme, appearance, colour options) and your favourited patterns. This information is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. It is never transmitted anywhere, and we have no way to access it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

What the app does not do

• No personal information is collected or requested.
• No analytics or crash-reporting services are used.
• No third-party SDKs are included.
• No advertising of any kind.
• No connection to the internet is made by the app.

Exports and sharing

When you export a pattern as an image (PNG, JPEG or SVG), the file is created on your device and handed to the standard iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there is entirely your choice; Vortex never sees or stores a copy.

External links

The About section contains links (for example to a video and to the developer's website) that open outside the app. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Children

Vortex is suitable for all ages. Since no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Vortex ever changes any of the above, this page will be updated and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
