Ward is an invite-only social application operated by Town Talk App LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. When this policy says "Ward," "we," "us," or "our," it means Town Talk App LLC.

2. What information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Email address — collected when you sign in. We use it to send you a one-time sign-in code. We do not store your password because we do not use passwords.
• Name and handle — the display name and username you choose when setting up your profile.
• Bio — a short description you optionally write about yourself.
• Content — text drops you post, replies you write, and any other content you create inside Ward.

Information collected automatically

• Device push notification token — collected when you grant notification permission, used only to deliver notifications about activity in Ward.
• Usage data — we log basic activity (posts created, pulses given, replies made) to enforce daily limits and display your stats. We do not sell or share this data.
• IP address and device type — collected by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) as part of standard server operation. We do not use this for advertising or tracking.

Information from your use of the service

• Vouching relationships — who vouched for you and who you have vouched for. This forms your lineage and is visible to other members of Ward.
• Cohort membership — which cohort you belong to, visible to other members.
