At Synchroni, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranties work for our devices and accessories.
Return Window
- You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery (“Return Period”).
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
What Can Be Returned
- Devices: May be returned if in good condition, including lightly used devices.
- Accessories (caps & electrodes): For hygiene reasons, accessories may only be returned if unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue either a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Ship the product back. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to opened or lightly used devices to cover inspection, testing, and repackaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty
- All devices are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
