Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 04, 2026
Wavora — Network Diagnostics ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Wavora — Network Diagnostics mobile application (the "App"), a Tunnel client designed to enhance your online privacy and security.
Information We Collect
We prioritize minimal data collection to provide Web services.
- No-Logs Policy: Wavora App operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or log your browsing history, IP addresses, DNS queries, connection timestamps, session duration, or any traffic data. Your online activities remain private.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and payment details (processed via third-party providers like Apple Pay or Google Play) for subscription management. No personal identifiers are stored on our servers.
- Technical Data: Upon connection, we temporarily collect anonymized device information (e.g., OS version, device type) solely for service optimization and crash reporting. This data is not linked to you and is deleted immediately after processing.
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated, non-personal statistics (e.g., number of active users, connection success rates) help improve performance but cannot identify individuals.
We never access or store the content of your internet traffic.
How We Use Your Information
Your data supports essential Web Tunnel functionality:
- Establishing secure connections via protocols like WireGuard or OpenVPN.
- Troubleshooting technical issues without compromising privacy.
- Processing subscriptions and providing customer support.
- Complying with legal obligations, such as preventing abuse (e.g., spam or illegal activities), though we cannot monitor encrypted traffic.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or share personal data:
- Service Providers: Limited data may be shared with trusted processors (e.g., cloud hosting for app updates, payment gateways) under strict NDAs and data minimization.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, such as court orders, but our no-logs policy ensures we have little to provide.
