Load-in: for your team

We have a back entrance in a public alleyway behind the building. Enter the alley from the corner of Otto’s parking lot.

Look for “The Supermarket ADA / Loading” signage on the building to guide you. Our rear entrance is the mural door at the SW corner of the building.

Do not block our neighbors driveway.
No large moving trucks allowed in alley. No vehicles larger than 8.5ft wide will fit.
If bringing a UHaul or other large vehicle, you might need to back into the alley from North Ave. Inform us if you think you'll need this asap and we'll advise.

This is a loading zone, items must be brought into the load in area and you must promptly move your car. Street parking can be found on surrounding neighborhood streets. Look out for ‘permit only’ signs on some streets.

At the end of your event, you may quietly pull up to the alley again for load-out. Please note that we cannot store items after the event - everything brought in must be removed by the end of your rental period.

Find Us:

1) The Supermarket’s main entrance is located at 638 N Highland Ave NE. Our door is in between Big Softie and Collette Bakeshop leading you down a hallway and a staircase.

2) Need less stairs? Use our secondary entrance in the middle of Otto’s parking lot. The decorative black metal door leads you through a courtyard. Be quiet when leaving events this way after dark as this is a residential courtyard. Note this entrance has a few stairs.

3) Need no stairs? No problem! We have a back entrance in a public alleyway behind the building. You can enter the alley from Otto’s parking lot. Look for “The Supermarket ADA / Loading” signage on the building to guide you. Our rear entrance is the mural door at the SW corner of the building. Can't find it? Public lot at N. Highland and Ponce (behind and in front of Plaza Theatre). "Scan to Pay" signs. Mon-Sat: 7am-10pm. Free for 15 min. $5 for 1hr, +$1 for each added.
