What I Deployed
- Project: Tailoring/fashion website
- Hosting: Azure Virtual Machine (Linux)
- Web server: Nginx (recommended) or Apache
- Domain: Custom domain connected (Namecheap/other registrar)
- Goal: Website accessible via domain name instead of IP
Prerequisites
✅ What I prepared before starting:
- Outlook email (for Microsoft/Azure signup)
- Azure account created + subscription active
- Domain name already purchased (e.g., Namecheap)
- Website code ready (HTML/CSS/JS or static build)
2) Create Resource Group
- Azure Portal → Search Resource groups
- Click Create
- Choose:
- Subscription
- Resource group name (
website-rg)
- Region (closest to your audience)
- Click Review + Creat
