This weeks lecture focused on the different types of charts and how they can used to effectively show data.
These were the charts that I choose to try and recreate for this master apprentice exercise.
And these were the versions that I was able to create
For this exercise I mainly focused on alignment and spacing. All the cards being displayed are correctly aligned, this makes the dashboard look a lot neater and tidier, which helps to make it easier to read. All the information displayed in each card is aligned as well, with all the content being aligned with the title on the card whether it is text or a graph. Everything is also spaced evenly and allows the user to clearly see all the information. I hope to apply a similar structure to my dashboard to keep all the information organised and easy to understand and read.
