How computation applies to mine interests
I have mostly worked with animation and visual art, so I am interested in using computation to make images that can respond to people. I want to create an interactive animation where the character's movement or environment changes based on the viewer's input. Unlike a traditional animation, the story would not be exactly the same every time. I want to explore how interaction can change the way people experience a narrative.
Code I'd Like to Discuss
I would like to talk about lines 47–50, where I used “quad(350,250,360,245,390,240,400,250);” to draw the eyebrows. I spent a lot of time calculating the coordinates so that the two sides would be symmetrical. Even though the coordinates are mathematically balanced, the eyebrows still look a little stiff to me. I would like to learn if there is a better way to create symmetrical shapes or make them look more natural.
