Your starting lineup: QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, FLEX (RB/WR/TE), DST, K — plus 7 bench spots and 1 IR.
Example: if 70% of your squad votes to start Patrick Mahomes over Sam Darnold, Mahomes starts. If it's a true tie — say 5 votes to 5 on a ten-person squad — the player with the higher projection gets the spot.
Set your ballot early and check back periodically through the week for roster updates — that's how you get the best results. If nobody on the squad votes one week, last week's lineup carries over.
Vote every week — it's your ticket to taunts. Once you submit your weekly lineup ballot, you're automatically in the squad's taunt queue. When your NFL players ball out on gameday, that's what unlocks sending taunts and animations to the other squad. Quick reminder: your mascot is a shared squad asset, but the locker has a personal animations tab where you buy and unlock your own animations — those are what you send in taunts. Full breakdown in Animations, Taunts & Memes.
If a starter is ruled out before their game — hurt and projected for zero, definitely not playing — you'll get a notification, and MESH automatically swaps in your next-highest-voted available player at that position. Kenneth Walker ruled out 30 minutes before kickoff? Your next-highest-voted RB slides in. It's a safeguard on our end.
⚠️ Watch the FLEX spot — injury replacement logic there is more complicated since multiple positions are eligible. If a flex player goes down, check your lineup and consider overriding manually.
Any issues around injuries and lineup swaps — especially early in the season as we work out the kinks — reach out to [email protected]. We're on it.
Your roster includes 1 IR spot on top of your 16 roster spots.
