Identity Atlas is a local-first archive for organizing your online accounts, sign-in identities, security setup and account lifecycle. Your archive stays under your control on this device.

How to Use the App

Build and maintain your private account archive by following the steps below.

1. Create an Account Profile

Open Accounts and select Add Account. Record the service name, category, username, important dates, current status and any notes that will help you recognize the account later.

Account profiles can be organized into these lifecycle states:

• Active
• Low Frequency
• Idle
• Pending Deactivation
• Deactivated

2. Record Sign-In and Recovery Details

Add the information used to access the account, such as:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Username
• Apple, Google, GitHub or another sign-in provider
• Two-factor authentication method
• Recovery email or phone number
