📜 Terms of Service

By commissioning me or purchasing an adopt, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Service.

General

• Please contact me before submitting a commission form.
• Provide clear references and a complete description of your character or request before work begins.
• If sufficient references are not provided and character design work is required, additional fees may apply.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any references they provide.

Payment

International Clients

• Full payment is required before work begins.
• International clients must pay the international commission rate regardless of the payment method used. This includes GCash, Philippine bank transfers, or payments made through friends, relatives, or any third party residing in the Philippines.

Philippine Clients

• You may choose either:
  • Full payment upfront, or
  • 50% down payment with the remaining balance due before final delivery.

Payment Policy

• All accepted payments and deposits are final.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
