What Makes This Different

Hot honey has become popular, and there's a lot of it about. Most of it is fine. Some of it is genuinely good. A fair bit of it is just chilli extract in cheap honey.

Ours uses three simple Welsh ingredients, and that matters:

Welsh wildflower honey, the base. Not processed, not blended from cheap alternatives. Actual Welsh honey, with the character that comes from real bees foraging across real Welsh countryside
Scotch bonnet chillies, grown in Wales. Proper heat from a proper chilli. Scotch bonnets are fruity and complex, not just hot. That's what gives Hot Fire Honey its character, not just its kick
