A booth exhibitor is a role in the Viewer. They give presentations and make connections at a booth in an exhibit hall.

Booth Exhibitor in the Builder

In the Builder, booth exhibitors do the following:

• Login and accept their role as a booth exhibitor for an event or meeting
• Set up their booth – video and images, colors and logo, handouts and business cards, engagements, booth description

Booth Exhibitor in the Viewer

In the Viewer, booth exhibitors do the following:

• Give presentations – use screen controls
• Lead Q&A sessions
• Offer business cards and handouts
• Manage engagements
• Make connections

Inviting a booth exhibitor

To invite a new booth exhibitor,

• Go to the dashboard
• Click on an event or meeting card
• Go to the roles tab in the event or meeting page
• Scroll down to booth exhibitors, click on the blue booth exhibitor invitation page link
• In the booth exhibitor invitation page, click on the add booth exhibitor button at the top
