A speaker is a role in the Viewer. They give presentations in an auditorium, ballroom, or meeting room.

Speaker in the Builder

In the Builder, speakers do the following:

• Login and accept their role as a speaker for an event or meeting
• Set up their presentation – video and images, handouts and business cards, engagements, stage setup, speaker bio info, presentation description

Speaker in the Viewer

In the Viewer, speakers do the following:

• Give presentations – use screen controls, room controls, room chat
• Lead Q&A sessions
• Offer business cards and handouts
• Manage engagements
• Make connections

Inviting a speaker

To invite a new speaker,

• Go to the dashboard
• Click on an event or meeting card
• Go to the roles tab in the event or meeting page
• Scroll down to speakers, click on the blue speaker invitation page link
• In the speaker invitation page, click on the add speaker button ****at the top
