1. Talk or Panel Session Preparation
   • Preparing for 3-min lightening talk or panel session
   • For lightening talk, please share your slide one day before the eco meetup.
2. Arrive until 12pm
   • The event will start from 1pm. So, in order to prepare in advance, please arrive until 12pm to set up each desk.
3. Merch, Stickers or Pamphlet
   • This is not mandatory, but recommended with some of above to help for giveaway.
4. Banner or Image
   • If you provide high-quality image (in PDF) with the size of 600 mm (width) x 1800 mm (height), then we will order and place them in the venue.
