TL;DR: Every call is saved in Conversations at app.asksayso.com: summary, Smart Capture notes, prompts and market data. Forgot to copy your notes after a call? They're there. Send them to Follow Up Boss or SureSend with Add, or copy and paste into any CRM.
Find a call's notes
- Go to app.asksayso.com and sign in (same login as the desktop app)
- Open Conversations
- Pick the call. Refresh the page if today's call isn't showing yet.
Notes save automatically after each call. No manual save needed.
What's saved for each call
- Summary of the conversation
- Smart Capture notes, organized by Location, Price, Motivation, Agent, Mortgage and Appointment. Anything Sayso didn't hear shows as "Not captured".
- Prompts Cue gave you, ready to rate with a thumbs up or down
- Pulse market data you looked up
Calls are not recorded, and the live transcript is discarded after the session.
Get notes into your CRM
- Follow Up Boss or SureSend: connect under Settings › Connections, then click Add under the summary to send notes to a lead or create one. See Connect Follow Up Boss or SureSend.
- Any other CRM: copy and paste. Fastest habit: choose Copy and reset when you press Reset after each call.
Good to know
- Notes can't be edited inside Sayso yet. Edit them in your CRM.
- Smart Capture can mishear names and street names. Glance before you paste.
