• Saleem: Migrate the overlay from swift-platform-core into WinSDK, mark constants as transparent, clean up Foundation. Status: Not done — blocked by bootstrapping work.
• Community: People hitting missing Windows API surfaces should file issues so the team can track gaps.
• Carl: Symbolication demo was completed at the May 13 workgroup. Any follow-up items from that demo?
• Saleem: Post on Swift Forums about remote CAS (from May 8 Apple sync).
