Added by the AvP : Humans module is the Wiring Tool. A craftable item that works in tandem with a powered fuse panel to allow power transfer across machinery without cables.

The Wiring Tool first needs to be right-clicked on a non-wired machine, and then right-clicked again on a powered fuse panel. This creates a wireless connection between the both allowing power transfer of FE without any cables.
