Sponsor. The sponsor of this giveaway is Kindred Concepts, Inc. (“Kindred”).

Giveaway Period. The giveaway begins on June 11th, 2026 at 8:30AM PT and ends on June 11th, 2026 at 9:30AM PT (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility. The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the European Union (excluding Italy, Poland, and Spain), and any other jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Kindred, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible.

How to Enter. To enter, attend the Kindred Women Traveler Circle Virtual Launch Event at https://luma.com/od2zdxa3 during the Giveaway Period. Limit one entry per person. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or bulk entries may be disqualified.

Optional Marketing Consent. Entry into the giveaway does not require consent to receive marketing communications. If you separately opt in to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in those communications.

Prize. One winner will receive one Kindred Passport membership with an approximate retail value of USD $600. The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except by Kindred, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes, fees, or costs not expressly included in the prize description are the winner’s responsibility.

Winner Selection and Odds. On or about June 11th, 2026, Kindred will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification. Kindred will notify the potential winner using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within 5 business days. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or, if a Canadian resident, fails to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, Kindred may select an alternate potential winner.

Canadian Skill-Testing Question. Before being confirmed as a winner, any potential winner who is a Canadian resident must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance.

Verification and Release. Kindred may require the potential winner to provide proof of eligibility and complete a declaration of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, and, where lawful, publicity release before awarding the prize.

Taxes. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and other taxes and fees associated with accepting and using the prize. Kindred may issue tax reporting forms where required.

Privacy. Kindred will use personal information collected in connection with the giveaway to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, award the prize, and otherwise as described in Kindred’s Privacy Policy at www.livekindred.com/privacy. For EU residents, Kindred processes giveaway entry information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and awarding the prize.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize authorizes Kindred to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state/province/country of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or approval. Kindred may also provide the winner’s name for legal reasons or where requested pursuant to the terms below.

General Conditions. Kindred may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway. Kindred may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or attempts to undermine the giveaway.

Release of Liability. By entering, participants agree to release Kindred and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising partners, and promotion partners from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Social Platform Disclaimer. If the giveaway is promoted on or through a social media platform, the giveaway is not Kindred, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. Participants release the applicable platform from any liability arising from the giveaway.

Governing Law. The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local law requires otherwise.

Winner List. To request the winner’s name after the giveaway ends, email [email protected] with the subject line “Women Traveler Circle Virtual Launch Event: Kindred Passport Membership Giveaway Winner List” within 5 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
