1. Does WonderPlay require an internet connection? No. All 21 educational games, speech synthesis audio, animations, and coloring studio activities run 100% offline. No Wi-Fi or cellular data connection is necessary once the app is installed, making it ideal for travel, flights, and commutes.
2. Are there any advertisements or hidden in-app purchases? WonderPlay contains zero third-party advertisements and no subscription traps. Children can play in an uninterrupted, calm, and distraction-free environment.
3. How does the Parental Gate work? The Grown-Ups Zone is protected by a dynamic adult-only mathematical challenge (such as word-based multiplication or division) to prevent accidental access by toddlers and young children. Inside the Grown-Ups Zone, parents can adjust screen time limits, toggle sound effects, or reset game stars.
4. Why is there no sound or voice audio playing? Ensure the physical Ring/Silent switch or Action Button on your iPhone or iPad is not set to Silent Mode. You can also check that sound effects and speech voiceover are enabled in the Grown-Ups Zone.
5. How do I reset progress or stars? Navigate to the Grown-Ups Zone, pass the Parental Gate arithmetic problem, and tap "Reset All Stars and Progress". This allows another child or sibling to experience the full progression from the beginning.
6. What age range is WonderPlay designed for? The app is structured for toddlers, preschool, and kindergarten children aged 2 through 7. Activities range from foundational motor sensory games (Bubble Pop, Fruit Tap) up to early math, memory cards, phonics, and logic sequencing.
