WHO WE ARE
The world runs on data it cannot use. Every day, organizations generate more information than they can clean, connect, or trust in time to act on it. At Atlas Data Science, we built Paxium to close that gap: a cloud native, permissioned data exchange that turns scattered, unstructured data into something an analyst, an operator, or a decision maker can actually use, without waiting weeks and without compromising on security.
We started by solving this problem for the hardest customers there are: the Department of Defense and the intelligence community, where the cost of bad or late data is measured in more than dollars. That standard shapes everything we build. We believe teams should not have to choose between speed and accuracy, between access and security, or between innovation and integrity. Our mission is to make sure the world's data is operationally sound and ready for action, truth without tradeoffs.
We are a an early-stage fully remote company with an outsized mission, led by people who have spent careers in national security, enterprise software, and cloud architecture. If you want your work to matter to the people who depend on it most, you will fit in here.
WHO WE LOOK FOR
We have noticed a pattern in the people who do well at Atlas, and it is less about a specific resume line than a specific shape of person.
Some of them are ex-founders who have already lived through building something with no playbook, and they know what it feels like when the only person accountable for a problem is you. Others come from the military, where they learned to make real decisions with incomplete information and stakes that mattered. A good number spent a few years in professional services, places that are excellent at teaching you how to structure an ambiguous problem quickly, and they left because they wanted to build the answer instead of presenting it in a deck.
What connects all of them is not the employer on their resume, it is the slope. We care more about how fast someone is improving and how much they have already shipped than about a polished pedigree that has not yet been tested against speed and real ownership. If you have already broken out of a highly structured environment to go build something that matters, you will likely feel at home here.

Here are some roles that we are hiring for right now. We read every application ourselves; there is no automated filter decided whether a human sees your name. All roles are 100% remote, with preference for candidates who can work CST or EST hours. Given the nature of our work, all candidates must be US Citizens.

We believe in efficiency, in how we handle data and in how we hire. Most roles move through three conversations: a short intro call, a technical case study or a working session on a real problem you would tackle here, and a conversation with our leadership team. If it is a fit on both sides, expect an offer within 14 business days of your first conversation.
