These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Wyrmlight ("the app"), an iOS game developed by Cristian Critelli ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wyrmlight on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

Wyrmlight offers optional in-app purchases:

• Crystals — consumable in-game currency.
• Dragonlord Pack — a one-time purchase (removes ads, permanent bonus credits, welcome crystals).
• Wyrmlight VIP — an auto-renewing subscription, available as Weekly ($1.99/week, including a 3-day free trial for new subscribers) and Monthly ($3.99/month).

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the stated price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If you start the free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price above.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Virtual items: crystals and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

Advertisements

Wyrmlight is supported in part by advertising and may display ads, including optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards (such as reviving a run or receiving free crystals). Watching ads is always optional and is never required to play or progress. Ads are provided by third-party networks, and their availability and content are not guaranteed or controlled by us. You can remove ads by purchasing the Dragonlord Pack or by subscribing to Wyrmlight VIP. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to cheat, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its services beyond what the law permits.
