youtube api doesn't allow me to see subscribers so limits to avoid abuse will only work if you publicly subscribe/member while im live unless added manually through a mod command sorry!
if your subs are set to private it will not work.
if you want to use a member/subscriber-only command, kick/twitch have most set to follower instead
