This Privacy Policy explains how Zip Ride (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Zip Ride customer booking app on Google Play (package com.wishal69.zip_ride).

By using the app, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who this Policy applies to

This Policy applies to customers who install the Zip Ride app from Google Play, create an account, and book a vehicle.

You are not booking yourself as a driver. Drivers, cars, and fleet are managed by Zip Ride staff in a separate admin app (not listed as this Play Store app). After you submit a booking, Zip Ride assigns a car and a driver from that fleet.

The Play Store app is for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

2. How the service works (so the data use is clear)

1. You sign in with your phone (OTP) and enter pickup, drop-off, dates, and vehicle type.
2. The app shows a fare estimate and creates a booking request.
3. Zip Ride staff use the admin app to confirm the booking, assign a car and a driver from the fleet, collect payment offline, and mark the trip completed (or cancelled).
4. You can see your booking status, assigned vehicle/driver (when assigned), and fare in the customer app.
