Pets enrolled through the Findpet Shelter Tag Program may receive additional recovery and notification features available to participating shelters. These may include access to Pet Access Log information when qualifying lost-pet, found-pet, tag-scan, or microchip-search events occur.
Additional benefits may include:
- Expanded notifications. Participating shelters may be eligible for additional alerts, including SMS notifications for important events such as messages sent through a pet profile or qualifying microchip-search activity.
- Automated matching and alerts. Findpet may use computer vision and other matching tools to identify potentially similar lost or found pets and send relevant alerts.
- Ongoing shelter connection. Your shelter's contact information can remain associated with pets originally registered through your organization as a backup recovery contact. Learn more.
