   We identify, assess and shortlist suitable talents from our talent pool and recruitment network.

3. We coordinate the recruitment process

   We manage candidate interviews and support you through the selection process.

4. We onboard, train & manage

   Once selected, JasEssentials DM takes responsibility for onboarding, training, professional development and ongoing talent management.

TURNAROUND TIME Our standard sourcing turnaround time is 3–5 working days from confirmation of your requirements and receipt of the recruitment fee. We aim to present suitable candidates as quickly as possible. Interview scheduling and final selection timelines depend on the client’s availability and decision-making process.

One-Time Recruitment Fee

Notes

• The recruitment fee is paid once and covers the sourcing, screening, shortlisting and recruitment process based on the level of talent required.
• USD rates apply to international clients. Naira rates apply to clients within Nigeria.

Ongoing Talent Management Fee (After Placement)

After placement, JasEssentials DM charges 25% of the agreed monthly salary as an ongoing talent management fee.
