No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit Personally Identifiable Information (PII). There is no cloud syncing, no account creation required, and no tracking analytics. No Audio Recording: The app does not access your microphone or record audio at any time. AirPlay Security: Screen mirroring and data casting are handled entirely through Apple's secure, local AirPlay protocols. No data leaves your local network.

- Physical Safety Warning: This app is designed to be played in social settings. Please remain aware of your physical surroundings, especially if passing the device between users or engaging in animated gameplay. Plation Inc. is not liable for device damage resulting from drops or spills during gameplay.
- No Simulated Gambling: This app contains voting and guessing mechanics purely for social entertainment. There are no wagers, real money, or simulated gambling mechanics.

- Do we need internet to play? No! The Date Now uses local device-to-device connectivity. You can play it anywhere, even in a restaurant with no signal.
- How do I use it on my TV? Ensure your iPhone and Apple TV are on the same Wi-Fi network. Open the iOS Control Center, select Screen Mirroring/AirPlay, and the app will automatically display the game board on the TV while your phone becomes the controller.
- Is my data saved? Never. We don't use cloud servers. Once the game session ends, your answers vanish.
