Introduction This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps Studio Andthen Ltd has taken during the financial year 2025–2026 to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.

Our Organisation Studio Andthen Ltd is a research, design and innovation consultancy based in Glasgow, United Kingdom. We work with public sector bodies, charities, and private organisations to deliver research programmes, design-led innovation, and strategic consultancy services. Our team is small and primarily engaged in knowledge-based work.

Our Supply Chain Our supply chain is limited in scope and primarily comprises freelance consultants, specialist subcontractors, and professional service providers operating in the United Kingdom. Given the nature of our work, we do not procure physical goods or operate in sectors considered high-risk for modern slavery.

Our Policies Studio Andthen Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our internal policies reflect this commitment, including: • A Recruitment Policy that ensures all employees have the right to work in the UK and are engaged on fair and transparent terms. • A Supplier Code of Conduct that sets out our expectations of third parties, including compliance with applicable laws on labour rights and human rights. • A Whistleblowing Policy that enables staff and contractors to raise concerns confidentially without fear of retaliation.

Due Diligence We undertake due diligence when engaging new suppliers and subcontractors, which includes reviewing their compliance with employment law and, where relevant, their own modern slavery commitments. We assess risk in our supply chain on an ongoing basis and take appropriate action where concerns are identified. Risk Assessment We consider the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain to be low, given the professional and knowledge-based nature of our work and the predominantly UK-based composition of our workforce and supply chain. However, we remain vigilant and committed to continuous improvement in this area.

Training and Awareness All members of the Studio Andthen team are made aware of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and their responsibilities under it. We ensure that staff understand how to identify potential indicators of modern slavery and know how to raise concerns.

Our Commitment Studio Andthen Ltd is committed to improving its practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to review and strengthen our policies and due diligence processes in line with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relevant government guidance.
