It is not designed to capture everything. It captures only what can change the next practice or performance.

1 · Start from the blank version

  1. Duplicate the purchased blank version into your Notion workspace.
  2. On desktop, open the page ••• menu and enable Full width when preferred.
  3. Use the sample version only to understand the workflow.

2 · Create what you need today

Use the Quick Add buttons on the dashboard.

You can also open the database New menu and choose either Show Event or Practice Event.

Schedule properties

Property How to use it
Status Move from Planned to Preparing to Done. Use Issue for a blocker and Archive for finished history.
Session Goal The single most important focus for this show or practice session.
Observation & Review What you actually noticed after the run.
Next Fix A concrete action you can execute in the next session.
Debrief Done Check after the post-session record is complete.

Asset states

Status Meaning
Owned Ready to use now
Need to Buy Missing and needs to be purchased or prepared
Running Low A consumable or replaceable item is nearly depleted
Broken Owned but not reliable enough to use
Missing Lost or location unknown

Feedback-processing states

Status Meaning
Received Captured but not yet evaluated
Applying Currently being tested or implemented
Rejected Reviewed and intentionally not applied
Parked Not active now, but retained for later
Resolved Implemented and verified
