Position Summary

The Product Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and continuously improving FullEnrich’s software products and internal technology systems. The position combines software engineering, artificial intelligence, data engineering, automation, and product development to build scalable technical solutions supporting FullEnrich’s B2B contact enrichment platform.

The Product Engineer works closely with company leadership and cross-functional product and business teams to understand commercial objectives, customer requirements, and operational needs and translate those requirements into technical specifications and production-ready software solutions. The position requires the ability to work across both technical and business functions and to independently develop software solutions from initial requirements through implementation and ongoing improvement.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Software Product Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software features and core platform functionality supporting FullEnrich’s B2B contact enrichment products.
• Translate business requirements, product specifications, and customer needs into scalable technical solutions and production-ready software.
• Develop new product functionality from initial concept and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and subsequent improvement.
• Identify and implement improvements to product functionality, scalability, reliability, security, and user experience.

Artificial Intelligence Development and Integration

• Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence applications and AI-enabled functionality within FullEnrich’s software products and internal systems.
• Develop AI solutions that automate complex processes, improve information retrieval and analysis, and assist users and internal teams in completing business tasks.
• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence into existing products and workflows and develop the technical solutions necessary to implement those capabilities.

Data Engineering and Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain data architecture, data models, analytics systems, and reporting infrastructure supporting FullEnrich’s products and business operations.
• Develop and maintain automated data-processing and enrichment workflows.
• Implement systems and processes designed to maintain data quality, consistency, and reliability.
