Balance Phone was born from a simple idea: that our mobile phone should take a backseat in our lives. We’re not against technology. We’re for using it in a way that helps us be more present in what really matters.

Now we’re looking for someone who can tell this story from within real life. Someone who believes that life happens outside the screen, and who wants to use the platforms where people spend their time to remind them of that.

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Creator with a unique perspective, someone who observes before filming, finds stories in everyday moments and knows how to make people feel something.

Your job is to turn the philosophy of Balance Phone into content people want to watch, share and, most importantly, feel.

We’re looking for someone versatile: able to create organic, spontaneous social content one day and more cinematic, narrative work the next.

What you’ll do

• Create and edit video content for TikTok, Instagram and other channels.
• Develop ideas and formats from concept to final piece.
• Go out and find stories, people and moments worth capturing.
• Appear on camera when needed and become a recognisable voice of the brand.
• Move between fast, native social content and more polished, cinematic storytelling.
• Shoot, edit, work with sound, rhythm and colour grading.
• Stay curious about culture, the internet and what’s happening on social.
• Understand what trends make sense for Balance Phone, and what doesn’t.
• Analyse what works and keep evolving.
• Work closely with the brand team to build a consistent visual and editorial identity.
