Rito keeps everyone on an event team aware of what is happening now, what happens next, and who is responsible for it. This page covers the most common questions and how to reach us.

When reporting a problem, it helps a lot if you include:
How do I sign in?
The Welcome screen offers Sign up and Log in. Enter your email and follow the steps. Your events follow your account across devices.
How do invite codes work?
The event lead shares a join code. On the Home tab, open "I have an invite code", enter the code, and pick Assistant or Vendor. The code adds you to that one event with that role.
What can each role do?
Leads have full control of their events. Assistants see the full timeline, check guests in, and mark done the moments assigned to them. A lead can grant an assistant extra powers, such as editing the timeline or pushing delays. Vendors receive a read only view of the schedule.
What happens when the day runs late?
The lead, or an assistant holding the delays power, pushes the day by a number of minutes. Rito previews how the change cascades through the schedule, shifts the affected moments, and notifies the people responsible for them.
How does importing a schedule or a guest list work?
On the timeline, tap the scan button to photograph a printed schedule, choose a photo or PDF, or paste text. Rito reads the document and shows a draft for your review. Times the app inferred are marked as best guesses, and rows without a time wait in their own group until you give them one. Nothing lands on the timeline until you confirm. Guest lists import the same way from the add guests sheet.
Does Rito work offline?
The app keeps showing the schedule it last synced and tells you when you are offline. Your changes sync when the connection returns.
