We’re hiring for two product roles: Product Manager and Associate Product Manager.
As CodeHS has grown, deciding what to build has become more of a bottleneck. We have more schools and districts, more product, and more teams across the company that depend on it. At the same time, AI has made building faster than it’s ever been, so choosing the right thing to build matters more than ever.
We’re starting a product team within engineering to own it: getting conviction from teachers, districts, the market, our data, and our own team, and turning it into something engineering can act on.
Our engineers work in small project teams and ship constantly. In product, you’ll:
Both roles do the same kind of work. The difference is experience, and how much you own from day one.
Product Manager. For people who’ve owned product decisions before. You’ll own a product area and make the calls on what to build.

Associate Product Manager. For people earlier in their career, with at least a year of work experience or a product management internship. You’ll own projects within an area and take on bigger decisions over time.
