A ADHD (“the Extension”) is a browser focus companion published as a Chrome extension. This policy explains what information the Extension uses, how it is stored, and what we do not do with your data.
When you use the Extension, the following information may be stored locally in chrome.storage.local on your computer:
While a focus session is active, the Extension reads the URL of your active browser tab to match it against allow/disallow lists you configure. This matching happens locally in the Extension. URLs are not uploaded to external servers.
The side panel may show the current tab URL and match status (e.g. allowed, disallowed, anchor) to help you stay aware. When no focus session is active, site nudges are not sent; tab info may still be shown in the panel for preview only.
If you enable focus sessions or Pomodoro, the Extension may show local Chrome notifications (e.g. gentle site nudges or phase-complete alerts). Optional completion sounds play from bundled audio in the Extension package. Notification content is generated on your device from your settings and current session state.
