Espir is a breathing and mindfulness app designed to guide short breathing sessions. Espir respects your privacy and is designed to work without collecting personal information.
Espir stores only the preferences you choose within the app, such as favorite breathing techniques, session duration, sound and haptic feedback settings, automatic session start, language preference, and the last technique used.
These preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard preferences system. Espir does not require you to create an account and does not send this information to a server.
Espir does not collect or store your name, email address, contacts, location, health information, biometric information, breathing data, or detailed session history.
Espir may play sound files included in the app and may use the device’s haptic capabilities during a breathing session. The app does not record audio, access the microphone, or collect information from your device’s audio input.
Espir does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, or Health data.
Espir does not include advertising, does not use third-party analytics services, and does not track you across apps or websites. Espir does not use persistent advertising identifiers or create advertising profiles.
Espir does not use a backend, cloud database, external account system, or third-party data-collection service. The app’s breathing techniques, instructions, sounds, and preferences are handled locally on your device.
Because Espir’s preferences are stored locally, they remain on your device and are not transmitted by Espir. You can remove this information by using the reset option in the app, deleting the app, or using the controls provided by iOS to remove the app’s data.
Espir does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to Espir or applicable legal requirements. The latest update date will always appear at the top of this page.
