My eSIM isn't showing any data — what do I do?
Go to your phone's Settings, tap Cellular (iOS) or Network & Internet → SIMs (Android), select your eSIM Ventures line, and make sure Data Roaming is switched on. Most eSIM data plans require Data Roaming to be enabled, since your device is connecting to a partner network abroad. If it's already on, try restarting your device.
My eSIM shows a different carrier name than the country I'm in — is that a mistake?
No — this is normal. Many data-only eSIM plans use "home-routed roaming," meaning your device connects to a real local network, but your data is routed through a partner carrier. You'll still get full local coverage; the carrier name shown during setup is just a technical detail, not an error.
When does my plan's validity start?
Most plans start counting down from the moment your device first connects to a network at your destination — not from the moment of purchase. You can install your eSIM before you travel with no risk of losing days.
Can I reinstall my eSIM if I delete it from my phone?
Usually not — activation codes and QR codes typically only work once. If you've deleted your eSIM and need to use that plan again, contact us with your Order ID and we'll help.
How do I find my Order ID?
Go to Account → Order History in the app. Every past order is listed there with its ID, date, and status.
My purchase failed but I was charged — what happens?
If a payment doesn't complete successfully, it will not create an active order, and any charge should automatically fail or reverse on Stripe's side. If you believe you were charged for an order that doesn't appear in your Order History, contact us with as much detail as possible (approximate date, amount, and payment method) and we'll investigate.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID and a description of the issue, and we'll get back to you within a few business days.
