# PRIVACY POLICY

EasyDrive is built on a simple idea: your data is yours. For almost everything, "what happens to my data" has a one-line answer — **it stays on your phone.**

## Who we are
EasyDrive is operated by Sayif Rasheed, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the limited data described below. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].

## The short version
- Everything you do in EasyDrive is stored **on your device**.
- There is **no account, no sign-up, and no login**.
- We run no analytics and set no advertising trackers.
- Delete the app and its data is gone; most content can also be cleared in-app.

## What we don't collect
Names, emails, locations, contacts, photos, identifiers, usage analytics, advertising IDs — none of it. We can't sell or lose what we never receive.

## If you email us

## Children
EasyDrive does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children — because it collects none.

## Changes
If this policy ever changes materially (for example, if optional, opt-in features are added), the in-app policy link will always show the current version with an updated date.

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification and erasure. Because we hold no personal data about you, these are satisfied by design — but you can always contact us with questions.

# TERMS & CONDITIONS / EULA

By downloading or using EasyDrive you agree to these terms.

## Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use EasyDrive on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. The app, its design and content remain our property.

## Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

## Free service
EasyDrive is currently free with no subscription. If paid features are ever introduced, they will be clearly disclosed in-app with their own terms before any charge.

## Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep EasyDrive's information accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may contain errors or become outdated. You use it at your own discretion.

## Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

## Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support and is not responsible for the app, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

## Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
