Before you start: if you received this as a template, open the template link, click Duplicate at the top right and choose your workspace. Work in your copy, never the original.

Step 1. Remove sample data
Formulas, rollups and relations live in each database's columns, not its rows. Deleting rows never breaks the system.
- First duplicate the OS into your own workspace. Keep the original untouched as your reference copy.
- For each database (Clients, Projects, Tasks, Invoices, Meetings & Notes, Files & Assets), use the table's row checkboxes to select only the sample records. If the database has multiple pages, repeat on each page.
- Review the selected row count and names before deleting. Delete selected rows only; do not use Cmd/Ctrl + A because it can select page content rather than just database records.
- Repeat for the Updates & Deliverables and Request Changes databases inside a newly created Client Portal page only if they contain demo rows.
- Check the databases are empty but still present, and confirm their properties, views, relations and templates remain before using the blank setup.

Do not delete columns, views or the Client Portal template. Rows only.

- Use it to price extra revision rounds in Request Changes.
