These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of WarrantySafe Pro (the “App”), developed by Kixora and distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store for iPhone.

Effective date: August 2, 2026

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License and App Store Terms

License to use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kixora grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms.

Apple’s Standard EULA

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies as the minimum baseline for your use of the App:

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA applies at a minimum.

Pro Upgrade (In-App Purchases)

The App offers an optional Pro upgrade:

• Pro Monthly: auto-renewable monthly subscription ($1.99/month)
• Pro Lifetime: one-time purchase ($24.99)

Billing and renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
