Problem Framing
The client’s existing WordPress eCommerce site had become difficult to maintain and scale. They needed:
- A clean, simple visual design
- Flexibility to publish and update content independently
- A stable foundation they could grow, rather than constantly troubleshoot

Approach
Given a tight scope, we prioritised core eCommerce features that would maximise impact without overextending resources.
- Style Exploration
- Developed mood boards to align on logo concepts, typography, and color palettes.
- Established guidelines that would apply seamlessly to both web and print collateral.
Visual Language & Patterns
- Introduced hand‑drawn illustrations paired with simple geometric shapes to reinforce a playful, child‑friendly feel.
- Derived patterns from Montessori geometric shapes, to be used as decorative elements across the site and marketing materials.
Key principles:
- Content‑first visual identity
- “Feel‑like‑home” warmth
