About Me

I'm a policy analyst exploring how emerging technologies can amplify or mitigate existing environmental inequities. My background spans sustainable infrastructure, risk communication, and public policy. I'm particularly interested in AI's infrastructure demands: data center siting, energy grid integration, and whether we can apply lessons from the renewable energy transition to prevent concentrating AI's impacts on overburdened communities.

Currently exploring: AI infrastructure policy, environmental justice, energy markets, and the intersection of technology governance with community autonomy.

Current Research

AI data centers are reshaping energy systems and local communities, but little public information exists about where they're being built and who's affected. My research makes that growth visible and gives stakeholders the information needed for equitable decisions.

What I'm Looking For

I'm seeking roles where I can:

  2. Engage stakeholders to translate emerging technology challenges into actionable policy
  3. Bridge disciplinesโ€”combining energy infrastructure expertise with emerging technology policy to prevent repeating past mistakes
  4. Contribute to early-stage policy development while AI regulation is still being shaped

I'm particularly interested in organizations working on:
