This article explains in detail when refunds apply, the available refund methods and how to choose between them, how refund amounts are calculated, refund timelines, situations in which refunds do not apply, and what happens after a refund. A refund is distinct from an Issue dispute: it is the stage at which funds are returned after a dispute decision or the Seller's approval.
1. When a Refund Is Issued
1.1 Cancellation of an Undelivered Order
- If the Seller does not deliver within the Guaranteed Delivery Time → the Buyer may request a refund.
1.2 Offer Does Not Match the Description / Account Issues
- If the platform determines that the Seller is responsible → a refund will be issued.
1.3 Seller Found Responsible for a Dispute Within the Warranty Period
- If a covered subscription issue is attributable to the Seller and a refund is approved after partial use → the refund is calculated in proportion to the unused service period. For Game Accounts and other Offers without a service duration, the decision depends on the Offer and evidence rather than the subscription-day formula.
2. Refund Methods
The Buyer may choose one of the following two methods:
2.1 GamsGo Credits (Default)
- Refund Amount = the approved full or partial refund, based on the Order Amount actually paid after Coupons and excluding the Payment Fee.
- The refund is credited to the Buyer's account as Credits.
- No Payment Fee will apply when the Credits are used for future payments.
- Refund speed: Nearly immediate; the Credits are added as soon as the refund decision is issued.
- The GamsGo Credits balance can be used to purchase any Offer on GamsGo Marketplace. It cannot be withdrawn unless the GamsGo Credits balance came from cash compensation and is specifically marked as withdrawable.
2.2 Original Payment Method
- Refund Amount = the approved full or partial refund of the Order principal actually paid after Coupons, excluding the Payment Fee and any applicable Refund Processing Fee.
- The Payment Fee is non-refundable because it has already been retained by the payment provider.
- A Refund Processing Fee may also apply. This fee is determined by the payment provider based on its fee and refund policies. The platform cannot control or refund it, if applicable.
