This article is for all GamsGo buyers and explains the Warranty Period system, DealShield fund protection, the platform's fund and security safeguards, Warranty Period coverage and exclusions, the process during the Warranty Period, and the relationship between the Warranty Period and refunds in detail.
1. Warranty Period Overview
- The Warranty Period is the period of Issue support available to the buyer after receiving the Order.
- During this period, the platform temporarily holds the buyer's payment, and the seller has not yet received the funds in full. This ensures that the seller remains responsible for the Offer throughout the Warranty Period.
- If an account Issue occurs / a subscription is canceled / an account is recovered by the original owner during the Warranty Period → you may request a replacement or refund.
- The Warranty Period applies to Offers whose pages explicitly provide a Warranty Period, such as Digital Subscription / Game Accounts. It does not apply to most Top Ups / Gift Cards.
- We recommend choosing products or services with a longer Warranty Period, as this gives you more time to test and verify service quality and provides more comprehensive protection. If any Issue occurs, report it as early as possible to avoid missing the protection deadline.
- You can view the Warranty Period on the Offer details page.

- For Digital Subscriptions, an Offer page may specify a longer Warranty Period, up to the full service period. The period may not be shorter than the minimums in this table or longer than the actual service period. Lifetime warranty claims are prohibited. Game Accounts use a 5- or 14-day Warranty Period, as displayed on the Offer page; the duration-based table does not apply to them.
- The Warranty Period begins when the buyer selects Confirm Receipt or the Order is automatically completed 48 hours after shipment (as recorded by the system).
- You can view the specific Warranty Period on the Offer details page.
3. Warranty Period Coverage and Exclusions
